Emily wins Euro gold
EMILY WHITLOCK from Rhos-on-Sea brought home a gold medal from the European Junior Team Squash Championships in Hungary after helping England's Under-15 team become European champions.
The 13-year-old Ysgol Bryn Elian student won all her matches as England scored five successive victories to beat Turkey, Belgium and Scotland in their qualifying pool and then Hungary and Germany in the quarter-finals and semi-finals.
