Trophy incentive for Colwyn Bay

By Tim Channon on Nov 26, 07 12:25 PM

COLWYN BAY will have a home tie against Nigel Clough's Burton Albion side in the first round proper of the FA Trophy if they can get through their replay at Sheffield tomorrow (Tuesday) night.
The prospect of a bumper gate against the Blue Square Premier Division side, following today's (Monday) draw, is a huge incentive for both clubs in tomorrow's replay following last Saturday's 1-1 draw at Llanelian Road.
Burton are currently fourth in the Blue Square Conference, behind Aldershot, Torquay and Cambridge, with 10 wins and seven draws in their 20 league games and boast a big away following.
The first round tie is scheduled for Saturday, December 15.
