COLWYN BAY manager adds striker Lee Spike to the squad that were on duty for Tuesday's win over Nantwich for their away game at Shepshed Dynamo tomorrow.
Everyone came through Tuesday's game without injury and Steve Wynne, who was on the bench, has recovered from a hamstring strain.
Lee Hoolicken, however, is again unlikely to be involved, and the manager explained: "Paul Williams has been doing well at left back and deserves a run in the side."
The Seagulls need to start showing some consistency and tomorrow is an opportunity to record a second successive win for the first time in six games against a Shepshed side who have lost their last four matches - including two at home - and are third from bottom in the league.
The manager, however, says he did not agree with the criticism his side got after the home defeat against Grantham last Saturday.
"In the first half we were much the better side and it was only a mad seven minutes that cost us the match. Apart from that I thought we did ok.
"People are saying it was a much improved performance on Tuesday, but that is only because we won. I don't agree that we played that much worse against Grantham."
LLANDUDNO dropped two more home points in the Cymru Alliance with a 1-1 home draw against Llanfairpwll on Wednesday.
That's nine points they have given away in their last four home games.
Kenny Roberts put the Anglesey side in front after 40 minutes and although Jody Hamilton equalised two minutes later, Llandudno couldn't force a winner in the second half although Hamilton had a strong drive turned around a post by Llanfairpwll keeper Ben Heald.
COLWYN BAY gave a much improved performance to take the points with a 2-0 win against Nantwich at Llanelian Road on Wednesday night.
They certainly owned their fans one after their second half capitulation against Grantham last Saturday, and they delivered with a hard-working and much more committed display against a Nantwich side who are also chasing a play-off place.
Colwyn Bay got a great start with a goal after 11 minutes when John Lawless pulled the ball back for Robbie Williams to rifle a shot high into the net from the edge of the area.
They put Nantwich under real pressure for the next 10 minutes, but couldn't force a second goal, although Martin Crowder and Lawless both had shots deflected narrowly wide for corners and Lewis Callaghan saw his downward header from a Lawless free kick bounce up and over the bar.
Wright also headed wide from a Neil Black cross, before Nantwich gradually came more into the game.
In the second half the Cheshire side had most of the possession, forcing seven corners to none, but Colwyn Bay defended with great determination and Jamie Speare did not have a save of note to make, apart from neatly grabbing the ball as Nick Farquhamso tried to take it round him in a one on one.
Colwyn Bay played mainly on the break in that second half, but increased their lead on 62 minutes.
Black played in Anthony Wright, who beat a defender before firing in a shot which keeper Lee Jones beat away, and Martin Crowder saw his follow up shot also blocked by the keeper before scoring at the second attempt from the rebound.
Black had a great chance to score a third on a quick breakaway, but put his angled shot wide of the far post, and Wright put another fierce effort narrowly wide in the closing minutes.
Colwyn Bay: Speare, Callaghan, P Williams, Rowland, Taylor, R Williams, Crowder, Olsen, Black, Wright, Lawless. Subs (not used) Quayle, Wynne, Finley.
THREE goals in seven minutes blasted a huge hole in Colwyn Bay's play-off hopes as they lost 4-1 at home to one of their main rivals Grantham Town.
And manager Gary Finley has a big job on his hands to regroup and lift his squad ahead of Wednesday's game against Nantwich after a pretty abject second half performance.
The Seagulls failed to make the most of their chances in the first half when they had the strong wind behind them and dominated the play.
They had 13 efforts at goal before half-time but made only of them count, while Grantham had just one shot at goal, from a penalty after Chris Taylor brought down Sam Mallarkey, and scored rom it to take a 23rd minte lead.
Bay finally finally equalised through Neil Black two minutes before half-time, and had a great chance to take the lead early in the second half , but Anthony Wright showed a disappointing lack of commitment as he chased a through ball and allowed the keeper to race out of his area and clear when the Bay striker had every chance of getting to the ball first.
Neil Black volleyed another chance just over the bar after that and within 10 minutes Grantham had won the game.
Rob Norris scored with an excrllent free kick after a foul by Robbie Williams, one of several poor tackles by Bay players in the game. Three minutes later Granthan powered their way through the middle for Jason Turner to score a second, and three minutes after that Turner crossed for Norris to get his second of the game.
Only a brilliant save from Jamie Speare prevented Turner getting his second as Grantham bossed the rest of the game.
A huge defeat for the Bay - and a second half performance well below that of a team with any real aspirations of making the play-offs.
LLANDUDNO won 1-0 at Lex with a 61st minute goal from Lee Thomas in the Cymru Alliance, and it was an important win on a day when Holyhead were without a game and Flint were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Gap Queens Park in the race for second place. League leaders Prestatyn suffered a 2-1 defeat at Mynydd Isa to have their lead cut to 14 points.
GLAN CONWY lost 4-1 at Rhyl in the Barritt Cup but stay top of the Welsh Alliance as title rivals Bethesda suffered a shock 4-1 defeat at Halkyn.

CONWY UNITED moved into third place and to within one point of league leaders Glan Conwy in the Pentraeth Honda Welsh Alliance with a 2-1 home win over Llanberis on Thursday night - despite playing for 80 minutes with 10 men.
Adam Noble was sent off after getting two yellow cards in the first 10 minutes, but Conwy led 1-0 at half-time when Callum Vernon scored with a shot from the edge of the area and although Llanberis equalised midway through the second half, Aaron Pritchard hit Conwy's winner with a long range effort with 15 minutes to go.
NANT CONWY are through to the semi finals of the ScottishPower North Wales Cup with a 22-8 victory over unbeaten league leaders Caernarfon at Bethesda on Thursday night.
Kelvin Morris got an early penalty for Caernarfon, but Peredur Ellis levelled the scores with a similar effort before a break by centre Ifan Jones put full back Grant Jones over in the corner and Ellis added the conversion.
Nant Conwy then dominated the second half and after heavy pressure on the Caernarfon line prop Glyn Roberts crashed over with Ellis again converting to put the Conwy Valley side 17-3 ahead.
Caernarfon pulled a try back through winger Robert Farrer, but replacement Gareth Jones ran in Nant's third try from a tap penalty to secure an excellent win.
COLWYN BAY'S Llanelian Road will be one of the venues for the Four Nations semi-professional football Tournament to be held in North Wales in May.
Rhyl's Belle Vue ground will host all three of Wales' matches, culminating in the tie against England on Saturday, May 24, which could be the tournament decider, while the other games will be shared between Llanelian Road and the New Saints' Park Hall ground in Oswestry - the first venue with an artificial surface to be used in the competition's history.
Ireland have withdrawn from the tournament due to other commitments and Gibraltar have stepped in to be the tournament's fourth team along with Wales, Scotland and England.

COLWYN BAY's poor recent away form continued with a 3-1 defeat at league leaders Retford United.
Forced to field a makeshift back four due to injuries and suspension, they were a little unlucky to be goal down at half-time, but conceded a second goal a minute into the second half and although Neil Black pulled one back for them, Retford got a third three minutes later to make sure of the points.
Mick Godber and Neil Harvey who have scored 47 goals between them this season, were both on the scoresheet again for Retford who stay seven points clear of Cammel Laird at the top of the table.
The Seagulls are now 11 points adrift of the top five play off places.
LLANDUDNO produced another disappointing home performance to drop two more points in a 0-0 draw against struggling Ruthin, now managed by Adie Jones.
Llandudno struggled throughout to break down a well organised and hard-working Ruthin defence, forcing only a couple of saves late on from Ruthin keeper Simon Williams.
With Holyhead and Flint both winning, Llandudno's second-place is now under increasing pressure while Prestatyn's win has put them a massive 17 points clear at the top.
GLAN CONWY are new leaders of the Welsh Alliance after a 7-0 home win over Pwllheli, and Llanrwst United also won 2-1 at home to Holywell.
Llandudno Junction put up a battling performance to draw 1-1 at Conwy United. Paul Cassidy put Conwy in front at half-time, but Junction equalised through Bobby Colville after 70 minutes to share the spoils.
Conwy, however, draw level on points with Rhyl who lost 1-0 at Nantlle Vale.
In the Clwyd League Penmaenmawr Phoenix retained their unbeaten league record with a 7-3 home win over Denbigh Reserves with Peter Williams and Bleddyn Jones both scoring twice, and they are now 13 points behind Premier Division leaders Prestatyn Reserves with six games in hand.
Llandudno Reserves are nine points clear at the top of Division Two after a 6-1 win over Penrhyn United, while Llandudno Junction Reserves won 3-0 at Llannefydd and Rhos United were 6-0 winners over Bro Cernyw with a hat-trick from Grant Williams.
Glan Conwy reserves won 4-0 at Y Glannau in Division One, but Betws-yn-Rhos lost 4-3 at Caerwys.

COLWYN BAY have released defender Kyle Armstrong to join Premier Division Leek Town, and he made his debut for the Staffordshire side in Tuesday's 2-1 win over Worksop Town to help their relegation fight.
The Seagulls await a late fitness test on Steve Rowland (hamstring) ahead of tomorrow's game at Unibond Divison One South leaders Retford United while Chris Taylor is still suspended.
